Thank you for shopping with Nordkaj.

We hope you are satisfied with your order.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Returns or exchanges can be requested quickly and easily through our returns portal (CLICK HERE).

 

 

RETURN PERIOD

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.

Please note that your return package must be received by us within this 30-day period. Simply registering your return online is not sufficient.

 

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, and in resalable condition.

  • All original tags and labels must remain attached to the product.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • No direct exchanges: If you would like a different item, simply return your order for a refund or choose a gift card with additional value.

 

 

REFUND OPTIONS

1. Refund as a Gift Card (+15% Extra Value!)

Choose a digital gift card and receive 15% extra value on top of your refund amount.

Once your return has been processed, your gift card will be sent via email within 2–3 business days.

The gift card is valid for 12 months.


2. Refund to Your Original Payment Method

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 10 business days.

After processing, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Underwear and socks (for hygiene reasons).

  • Perfume or beauty products with a broken plastic seal.

  • Products that have been used or damaged without the damage being reported upon delivery.

 

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please always keep your shipping receipt and tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments without valid proof of shipment.
